Parent Teacher Association
Our aim is to have the most exciting range of crafts on sale for our buyers.
We aim for a good amount of promotion internally and externally to enable good foot fall and profitable sales at our events.
Evening events start at 6.30pm, with a trickle of early browsers and shoppers beforehand, so we would really prefer if you were set up by 6.00pm at the very latest. A PTA member will be at the school from 4.30pm on the day making preparations for the event.
When you arrive you can drive around the side of the building to the canteen entrance (see map) follow the red line. Here you can unload your goodies and crafts. You will not be able to leave your vehicles in this location though and once you have unloaded you park your car in the main car park before arranging your items on display.
Some of you may wish to park and carry your goods in, in which case please follow the signs for the main reception and it should be quite clear from there where you will need to go.
When taking your bookings we will turn down duplicate stalls and also people selling Forever Living products etc. to keep it 'craft only' and of a good standard. You should find that your table is not next door to a conflicting craft!
When you enter the hall there will be a planner for all of the tables and in addition and your name will be displayed on your table.
Refreshments will be on sale throughout the event with tea and coffee on sale for 50p.
We require 3 weeks notice of cancellation so that we can replace your 'slot' or no refund will be given. Sorry about that.
